# Sign in

The Iflow web portal runs in your browser. There's nothing to install.

## Signing in

1. Go to [portal.iflow.net](https://portal.iflow.net/Account/Client#/account/signin).
2. Enter the email address and password for your Iflow user.
3. Select **Sign in**.

## If you can't sign in

**You've forgotten your password**
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a link to set a new one.

**Sign-in fails straight away, or the page keeps returning to the sign-in screen**
The portal needs cookies to keep you signed in. Make sure your browser allows cookies for portal.iflow.net. See the [privacy policy](/privacy/#cookies) for the cookies we use.

**Your email address isn't recognised**
You may have been added under a different email address. Ask the account owner on your account to check your user, or [contact us](/contact/).
